When Will My Order Be Processed?

We honestly want to make sure you get your items on time and as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you’ve selected the right model and color. Modifying processed orders is impossible due to high traffic in our faculty. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is processed.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of your request and shipped out once the processing is complete.

All processed orders are shipped out from our China faculty. Please allow extended waiting for your order on special seasonal times.

Shipping confirmation

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. From there, you will be allowed to track the status of your order. Customers are solely responsible for customs and tax fee where applicable for all International orders.

Tracking

As the customer, you will be responsible for tracking the status of your order and submit necessary requirements to customs. Furthermore, if the order has been tagged as return or unsuccessful in its delivery due to, you the customer, not able to successfully submit the necessary requirements or notification to the courier to successful receive the item we will not process any refunds or replacements free of charge.

Delivery

Warning: your local customs office may require additional information which delay the estimated delivery time. So, please be patient.

Your entire order may be delivered to you by a local postal service or a local area courier. Depending on your area or city, most orders will be delivered by a reputable postal service.  If you aren’t home to receive your package a notice card may be left by your local delivery person.
